TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by Get McCartney (“we”, “us”, “our”) to the client (“you”, “your”). By engaging our services, submitting files or making a payment or deposit, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Get McCartney provides remote drumming session services. Clients send audio tracks or project files, we record drum performances and then deliver the multi-tracks back to the client.

All services are provided on a project-by-project basis. We will deliver you a multi-track recording of three (3) full performance takes of the song.

2. Bookings & deposits

A 25% deposit is required for a booking date and for work to commence. The remaining balance is payable prior to delivery of final files unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Deposit refunds

Deposits are non-refundable, except where:

• We cancel the booking, or

• We are unable to provide the agreed files or services

In those cases, the deposit will be refunded in full. If you cancel a booking after the deposit has been paid, the deposit will not be refunded. Each booking allows for one rescheduling.

5. Revisions

Due to the nature of the service, revisions are not offered.

Each booking includes three (3) full performance takes of the song, providing you with multiple complete options to choose from. You are encouraged to provide all relevant information, reference material and preferences prior to the session to ensure the performance aligns with your expectations.

This approach ensures efficiency and a high-quality final outcome without the need for revisions.

Revisions may be negotiated if you have engaged us for a full album of songs (LP).

Final drum multi-tracks will be delivered digitally using a file transfer method. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on project complexity and communication.
